It has been a funny day today, it is dry and getting a bit milder outside yet there is almost no-one about, if they are out and about they are not shopping here with me! I find it really hard to keep myself motivated on days like this. Today I have spent most of my time looking at food blogs and websites - I am looking for easy meal inspiration.

Have you tried Delish.com? I found the simplest Pork Chop Marsala recipe. Where there is one there must be more!
