Saturday 12.09.

I am having one of those days and it is not even 11am yet!!
First of all the dog was up and wanting out and 5.45am, she then would not go back to sleep. I ended up being all out of sorts and running late. When I got to work I realised that I had left the laptop at home, so I had to turn around and get it!
I am positive that the day is going to get better from this point on!!

So, on another note..........

NEW CLOTHES!!!

As I mentioned I have had lots of deliveries of autumn and winter styles this week. I just could not hold out on wearing some of the new styles any longer!! These trousers are a lovely soft brushed cotton and the top is just fabulous!! I just adore the pink and orange together!!

Thursday 20.08.

It is super wet here today - the rain started last night and it has continued to pour down ever since!

I have been awake since 4am, the rain battering off the window woke Bista, who woke me. I let her out and then tried to settle her in bed with us. She got settled just fine, but she is a restless little thing and I have pretty much been awake since 4am!

Because of this I went for a comfy outfit today. I think this works quite well for this in between time of year!

Tuesday.

I got up nice and early this morning and got my supermarket shop out of the way - it is great feeling knowing that I have got all of the nice fresh things before lots of other people have touched them! As I have mentioned I am trying to make better use of my time and I feel that not going to the supermarket on my day off is the best way to do this!

I have had to give in and dig out some tights, as it is getting too cool and damp for bare legs. If I had managed to get a week (or more) in the sun and my legs were nice and brown I would still be rocking the bare leg look, but unless we get a very late heatwave the tights are back!

Tuesday.

Today has been a better day weather wise and that has meant more shoppers out and about! I have had a very positive and active day.
I got up 20 minutes earlier than normal and went to the supermarket for our food that we need for the week. We have a busy week ahead so I thought I should go early morning and get the job out of the way, that way the evenings that we do have to ourselves we can do nice things and not food shopping!
It was a great time to go, the store was almost empty of customers, but full of lovely fresh food. I got everything that I needed and was back home in super quick time.

My new aim is to use this time in the mornings for more productive things, like shopping, laundry, cleaning etc. That way my free time should be free time!

Monday.

Not a great start to the day today! My bf is away with work until Friday, he was getting a very early flight this morning!! But, as is his way, he slept in!!! So, at 5.15am this morning I was up helping him gather all of the bits that he had not put into his bag the night before!
I was back in bed by 5.30am, where I tossed and turned for a while and then when my alarm did go off I could have slept on forever!

After the start to my day I took longer than I should have taken to eat breakfast, this left me only 15 minutes to dress and get made up, hence the very, very casual look that I am sporting today!
