Thursday 02.07.

I have been feeling like I have kind of lost my style a bit lately and I do not like it! So last night, before heading home, I wandered round the shop and picked up some new bits and bobs for me to wear each day.

This skirt is one of the styles. They have been in stock for a little while and I have always like it, but never taken one as red is not a colour that I wear. I have to say that I wish I had taken one ages ago - in this hot weather the light jersey fabric is perfect! I love the print too!

Tuesday 30.06.

Back to work after spending a fab weekend with little Bista! I felt really bad leaving her this morning (and was late for work) but my bf is able to go home at lunch and let her out into the garden for an hour, and I am heading home at 3pm!

We are in the grip of a heatwave here, so today's outfit is just about being as cool as possible! I love this sleeveless cotton sundress for that reason, it keeps me nice and cool! It is great for travelling too!

Wednesday 03.06.

I really wanted to follow Kimberly's inspiration for today, but I gave my sister a loan of my leaf necklace and I have nothing else that makes as big a statement! However, it is now less than 2 weeks until my Birthday (getting exciting) and I do have bib style statement necklace on my wish list - fingers crossed I get one!

It is another beautiful day here again today (I have heard that we have to get a nice summer, I hope so, but I am not holding my breath) so I thought this little crepe/chiffon tunic would be perfect for keeping me nice and cool! I am trying to give my tootsies a little break this week as we are off to The Lake District on Sunday for 3 days and we are going to be doing lots of walking and cycling.

Tuesday 02.06.

It is still beautiful here so I thought I would wear a pair of shorts while I can! I really wanted to use the outfit inspiration that Kimberly has provided today as I LOVE coral and turquoise - especially together!!

I am pleased with how today's look has turned out as I am cool and comfortable yet still smart looking!

We are off to the Lake District at the weekend as part of my birthday, if anyone has any must do or see things that I should know about then please pass them on!

Monday 01.06.

Monday again - what a beautiful weekend! The weather here has been glorious, we spent all day yesterday lying in the garden. We popped along the beach mid afternoon to get an ice cream and then BBQ'd some steaks for dinner. I want all Sundays to be that way until September - am I asking for too much??

This is my favorite dress - I love it so much, the colour is amazing and I always feel great when I put it on! I do not usually wear it to work, but I had it on, on Saturday night and thought I would wear it once more before going through the ordeal of hand washing it!

Saturday.

I am feeling a little off and very tired today. It is also getting very humid again, and my feet are too hot and a bit sore in these shoes! All in all I am not a very happy bunny!

Thursday.

Yesterday's skirt ended up being to heavy for the weather and I was very hot and sticky by the time I got home! So, last night I laid out one of my favorite summer dresses to wear today.
The good weather has continued into today, but I am not sure that it is going to last very long as it is very hot and humid - feels like rain could just start pouring at any moment.

I went my walk as planned. My sister came along with me and we managed to get there in 20 minutes (not too bad I think) and the same on the way home. Although we did stop off for an ice-lolly on the way home!!
