Friday 20.03.

Yay for Friday!
This week has not been great for me! I know that I should not be complaining as the FABULOUS Spring-like weather is still with us but I just can not help it!

Last night I arrived home to a package that I have been waiting on and I was very excited that finally it was here. It was the seeds that I need to have a go at growing some vegetables. A few weeks ago we bought a mini greenhouse and decided to try and grow some of the things that we eat!
So this weekend I am going to be getting started on planting the following:

Cherry Tomatoes
Gem Lettuce
Rocket
Courgette (Zucchini)
Carrot
Leek

I am very excited as we have almost been in our house 2 years and this is the first year that we are putting real effort into the beautiful garden that we have. I really hope that I manage to get a few things that we can eat!

It is my mums birthday today, so after work I am heading to see her and give her the gift that I have for her. My parents are off to Orlando tomorrow for a week so it will also be a chance to say goodbye and give my mum the list of things that I would like her to bring home!!

Today's outfit is:

Block colour dress - SkunkFunk
Teal tights - Primark
Black shoe boots - Armani Exchange
Necklaces - H&M

I really, really like reading your blog. I was wondering, do you ever wear what you sell in your boutique?? Kind of like you being a walking advertisement for your shop?? I am here in the States, but if I lived in your area, I would be a return customer! You should do a weekly feature, showcasing a 'hot item' that you offer in your shop. Anyway, keep up the good work, and best of luck in your adventures in gardening! ;)

Thanks ladies!

jane - thanks for your comment. About 80% of what I wear is what I sell - and yes me wearing does really help with sales. People can imagine themselves in the item and often try things that they would never have given a second thought!
Thanks for the tip about a weekly item - great idea - I may start that one on Twitter!

That is super BG! I look forward to seeing your weekly 'hot items'! My husband and I and another couple we are great friends with may be planning a trip to Scotland in the next year or so. I have never been, so I am super excited about the prospect. Who knows, I could stop into your boutique and purchase some of your cute things! ;)
